		<description>In a way, I have to agree with you. Those who went through their representatives in the House and Senate got tickets, and had a much more difficult time getting to where they were invited to be, while those who took advantage of the Mall areas didn&#039;t seem to have as much trouble. I wouldn&#039;t jump the shark and say that this was calculated, but it was a failure of the joint committee and the city of Washington D.C.</description>
