Health Care Reform at Your Fingertips

On the campaign trail, then candidate Barack Obama spoke of the need to reform health care in our nation. He told us of his mother’s battle with cancer, and how she worried about insurance and costs. When President Obama won the election, we knew health care reform would be a top priority. It wasn’t easy, but after a lengthy public and congressional debate, our nation passed reform, making health care more accessable for Americans.

With the launch of healthcare.gov, we are now able to explore how reform affects our lives, and the lives of our loved ones. We can make better decisions with more information, and fairer policies. Here’s President Obama taking the site for a test drive.
