Bill Fleming has been nominated to run against Republican Jeff McWaters in the 8th District special election on January 12th.

Jeff McWaters won the Republican primary with 62.9% of the vote. No challenger has stepped up yet.

The vote recount for the 21st District race will take place on Monday, Dec. 14, a circuit court judge determined this morning.
