President Obama has committed the US Military to work toward the repeal of the infamous “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” (DADT) policy that has led to thousands of armed service members being discharged simply because of who they chose to spend their lives with.
About 60 people attended a Community Discussion featuring Congressman Glenn Nye this morning. The purpose of the discussion was to give Nye’s constituents a chance to ask questions, and hear the answers directly from the congressman himself.
