In a letter to his constituents, Brian Moran announced his resignation from the Virginia House of Delegates to campaign for governor of Virginia full-time, writing, “I believe that the best thing I can do for the people of Alexandria, Fairfax and the entire state, is to win this campaign for Governor.”
