The latest polling from Public Policy Polling shows Creigh Deeds in the lead with 27%, McAuliffe with 24%, and Moran with 22%.

Looking at the numbers, there are no guarantees for any of these three candidates at this point. All are competitive.

Public Policy Polling released it’s latest results, giving a boost to Terry McAuliffe showing McAuliffe ahead of Brian Moran by 10 points, and 16 points ahead Creigh Deeds.

Brian Moran, candidate for the Democratic nomination for Governor of Virginia, and Jody Wagner, candidate for the nomination for Lt. Governor, are leading in the latest Public Policy Polling release.

There are many reasons why we’re being critical of how the Deeds campaign has spun the Rasmussen poll. From being too early, to being too small, the poll isn’t particularly a strong one. However, it is a poll. The main reason is this: No candidate can be declared “on top” based on the Rasmussen data.
